Demolition & Refurbishment Surveys

Current legislation demands that all hazards (including Asbestos) are identified prior to the commencement of any demolition or refurbishment project. In such cases an existing management survey would not be sufficient and a more invasive specialist survey would need to be undertaken.

Our experienced staff have undertaken Type 3 surveys on a number of high profile projects, ranging from commercial refurbishment projects to demolitions of large industrial sites.

After the survey we can further assist clients with asbestos issues relating to remediation and demolition projects, assessing contractor competency, tenders and method statements and quality control inspections during and after asbestos removal has taken place to ensure the work is carried out to the standard our clients require.
