Asbestos Management Surveys

All asbestos surveys carried out by the asbestos unit at ASM Compliance are carried out by teams of at least two people with lead surveyor being qualified with at least the British Occupational Hygiene Society P402 proficiency certificate, together with a broad range of surveying experience through all types of premises including industrial, commercial and domestic properties.

All surveys and sampling techniques employed by ASM Compliance are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive’s guidance document ‘MDHS 100’and all samples of suspect materials taken are sent to an independent UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis.

On completion your survey will include a bound full colour report with an asbestos register which includes colour photographs, risk assessments for each asbestos incidences and colour CAD plans marking the extent of identified and presumed asbestos materials. Survey reports can be made available in hard copy or electronic format.
